Early Intervention Benefits

•  Medical Insurance : 50% employer paid; coverage through Tufts Health Plan, HMO and PPO options. Eligible 30 days after date of hire.

•  Dental Insurance : Eight different plans offered thru AFLAC, $100 annual employer contribution. Eligible 30 days after date of hire.

•  Flexible Spending Plan : A voluntary plan for employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay expenses such as daycare and approved medical/dental expenses. Eligible 30 days after date of hire

•  Company Paid Retirement Plan :

•  Provided by TIAA-CREF

•  Eligible after 1 year of employment (minimum 1,000 hours in a plan year)

•  Criterion provides an annual contribution of 5% of gross annual salary

•  Must be employed 5 years to be 100% vested

•  403 (B) Retirement Savings Plan : Employees may voluntarily elect to make pre-tax contributions of up to 20% of their gross salary to their own retirement plan with TIAA-CREF. Eligible to enroll immediately upon date of hire.

•  Paid Holidays : Eligible after completion of a full calendar month. Twelve (12) per year (including your birthday after 1 year of continuous employment)

•  Leave Benefits : Eligible after completion of a full calendar month.

•  Accrue 10 days of vacation the each year; accrue 15 days after 3 years of employment

•  8 additional days during the December and April school recess

•  Tuition Reimbursement: $500 per year in educational benefits

•  Paid Professional Days: 1 professional day to attend conferences or seminars

•  Opportunities for Advancement: Step raises at yearly intervals (until top step)

•  Professional Training: Comprehensive training in full scope of job responsibilities as well as on-going in-service training
